In the Name of God Amen.
I Camilo Ynitia of the Township of Novato in the County of Marin and State of California, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
That is to say first after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, of the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit:
To my beloved wife, the sum of nine hundred and ten dollars due to me from James Black;
To my son in law Henry Holden Bennett the Rancho upon which I now reside in the Township of Novato in the County of Marin and State of California, known by the name of Olompali, to be held and owned by him during the term of his natural life, and in no wise sold or under no pretenses to be sold by him without the consent of his wife my daughter Maxima.
Subject upon the following conditions …

Page 2:
"That he shall keep and maintain my second daughter Maria Antonia until she becomes of age or is married, and shall also maintain my aged sister Belina during the term of her natural life.
To my eldest daughter Maxima, my yoke of tame oxen and one heifer now tame black [brindled], and one wild mare and colt with a short tail.
To my wife Susannah, three yoke of oxen, two tame horses, and all my household goods, my house and the horses which I have not given and bequeathed to others.
To my second daughter, two bay colts, and in case of her death then to her sister Maxima.
To my nephew Besidian, two tame horses, one gray mare and the black horse.
I give, bequeath, and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to my children now living, or to their heirs who may be living at the time of my death, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike.
Likewise, I make, constitute, and appoint Joseph A. Hayes to be executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
